LEGAL GUARANTEES

According to D.Lgs 206/2005, all goods on sale on www.hotnrare.com and www.hotnrare.it are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months.

The warranty covers the end user (consumer) for defects relating to non conformity of the items for the use that they were meant for, defects not perceivable at the moment of the purchase. If this defect is discovered by the 24th month from the purchase, it has to be communicated to the seller in max 2 months from the date of the discovery.

In case of a non conformity defect the customer has the right to have the merchandise repaired or replaced, with no further cost, in a reasonable amount of time - on average 24 days. If in a time of 60 days the mechandise has not been replaced or repaired the customer has the right to alternative solutions (replacement, return, price reduction).

Time and modes of exercizing the right to legal warranty

The customer shall:

send a written communication via e-mail to HNR S.r.l. at the following address: tecnico@hotnrare.com. It will contain informations on the defect;
receive a message with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
prepare the goods for return packing them adequately and including all parts and manuals contained in the original package;
indicate on the package the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code received from HNR S.r.l..
The courier will contact the customer regarding the pick-up of the package (the customer will make sure a phione number would be available where to be contacted by the courier).

Warranty limitations

All products not homologated for use on open road and therefore designed fot use in closed circuit or competition are not covered by warranty.

The manufacturer reserves the right to decide on replacing, refunding or repairing faulty or malfunctioning products.

Product homologation

All products shown on www.hotnrare.com and www.hotnrare.it are intended for use in competition on a closed course, where noty stated otherwise - that i where it is not stated that they are HOMOLOGATED FOR ROAD USE. HNR S.r.l. CANNOTT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.
