Each order issued through and will be invoiced by HNR S.r.l. upon release of the shipment. The invoice will be printed based on the informations supplied by the customer upon ordering. No invoice modification can be performed after the invoice has been printed.


Shipping cost will be charged to the customer and clearly indicated upon ordering. Payment method will be the one chosen by the customer upon ordering. No further expense or commission is due to HNR srl.


Items will be shipped packed in manufacturer packaging or in closed carboard boxes. No other material will be used for packaging.


Items ordered online will be shipped from HNR S.r.l. head quarters in Calderara di Reno (Italy). Time for shipment depends upon availability of the goods ordered in HNR S.r.l. warehouse.

If the item ordered is readily available in HNR S.r.l. warehouse, it is delivered usually by courier inside Italy by the second working day from order processing. The customer will receive an email with delivery confirmation from the courier with a tracking code that will allow him to follow the shipment from the courier website.

If the items ordered are not readily available in HNR S.r.l. warehouse, shipment will be issued as soon as the items will become available.


Products are released for shipment to the courier usually in the afternoon and a message is sent to the customer with a tracking number relating to the shipment. Depending on the country and place of delivery, couriers could deliver the shipment in the following hours: from 8.30 to 13.00; and from 14.00 to 18.00, every working day, from Monday to Friday.


HNR srl can not be hold liable in case of late processing or delivery of the items ordered.


Unpon receiving the goods, the customer has to check the following:

  • that the number of boxes matches the one indicated in the invoice;
  • that the box is in good conditions, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

Exterior damages or the fact that the number of packages does not match the number indicated in the invoice have to be immediately reported to the courier that has delivered the goods. Damaged or missing packages have to be reported to HNR srl by e-mail at the following address:

Once the package has been accepted by the customer, no futrther complaint can be issued to the courier or HNR srl. Even when the box has been received in good conditions, the content has to be checked within 8 days of delivery. In case the goods have been found damaged or missing, the fact has to be reported to HNR srl by e-mail at the following address:

Any complaint issued after the 8 days term has expired will not be taken into consideration. The customer assumes full liability for any declaration made.


The package can be delivered by courier Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 18.00. Delivery is usually performed in the morning. If the courier has not fund anybody, a warning message will be left in the mailbox and the customer will have to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery. In case a tracking number has been received but no delivery has been performed and no message found, please contact HNR srl at to report the problem.
